Each staff member must be dedicated to providing the highest level of safety, quality customer service, work as part of a team, and have fun while doing it.

We are currently seeking applicants for the following positions:

Tour Guide: Lead safe enjoyable tours for our guests. Must possess excellent customer service and problem solving skills and be a team player. Guides need to be willing to work long hours in a cold mountain climate and be able to provide heavy lifting on occasion. First aid training and CPR are required and classes for such will be provided by Steamboat Snowmobile Tours.

Cabin Staff: Answer phones, taking reservations, while providing excellent customer service to our guests and local merchants. Candidates should be well organized, clear spoken, and able to multi-task in a busy office environment. Cabin staff is responsible for ensuring that daily operations, guest shuttle service, and tours all run smoothly together.

Van Drivers: Responsible for the timely pick-up and drop-off of guests while keeping in close communication with the cabin staff. Drivers must possess a friendly and out going attitude as well as a clean driving record. Candidates should be comfortable driving in snow and winter mountain conditions.
